one project a day
I have so much to blog about, I hardly even know where to start! We have family coming to visit in a little less than a week, so lately we have been trying to get all the little finishing touches done in our new apartment. Instead of “one project a month” (which is a great idea) it has been something like one project a day around here. My project for today is to hopefully finish the curtains for my studio (which is also going to be doubling as a guest room in less than a week). After the curtains are hung, I promise to take photos & share my finished studio, which I am absolutely loving!
Of course, even with everything going on I still have time for mini photo shoots with one of the cats :)

Edited to say: I fixed the size finally :) Sorry these photos are a bit smaller than usual, but you can click on them to see them larger - which I really do suggest doing since Axel is so cute :) I had to install the new wordpress recently & I really dislike the changes they made… Seriously the old version made a lot more sense & worked a lot better in my opinion. Oh well!

I just hung curtains in my office. What a difference they make! The room actually looks inviting. In fact, my husband took a double take as he walked by and commented on them. :)
nice to see you are back! Good luck finishing everything you need to get done and enjoy your visit with family. :) Axel is a cute kitty! I should post more pics of my dogs.
Good luck with all the projects!
Hi, I found your site months ago when I was looking for blogs about sewing and then I lost your address. But you have been one of the inspirations for starting a blog of my own. And then googlereader led me to you blog again. I am very happy about that and made sure I don’t lose your blog again. So I’ll be following along if you don’t mind.
Greetings from the Netherlands
You have been tagged go to my blog to see what you need to do. Have fun!!:)
I went through the ” one project a day” phase too a few yrs ago. Family was coming for a visit from the other side of the globe, and staying for a month, so we had to have a decent place where to put them. Boy, was that stressful! I love doing stuff myself but not with a deadline… or such short time!!!
Well good luck to you anyways!
Lovely pics!
I am still waiting patiently for you to respond to Leah’s tag. I anxiously await your answers to the questions!
