on the road…

Right now I am blogging from a hotel somewhere in South Dakota! We left Illinois yesterday & are making our way across the country to our new home. Of course I couldn’t go without blogging :) Although this is going to be a short post I think, since I don’t really have any photos… Once we get to the other end of our journey, I think I will have lots to post though. I did get my sewing machine back for a bit before the move, so I have several finished projects to share (Capello & Amanda can expect their 2nd blogiversary prizes in the mail hopefully soon :). I guess in the meantime enjoy the previous post from Pounce & hopefully I will have internet access for real soon :)

Safe travels Chara. I am assuming that Pounce is with you, please convey that I enjoyed his post and wanted to comment on how beautiful his tiger stripe fur is. You’ll soon be traveling through my home state, not sure if you have been out west before, but I hope that you enjoy the beauty of Montana, Idaho and Washington.

I hope you’re already on the road- it’s 8:40am here in western SD and we’ve gotten an inch of snow in less than an hour. Big giant pretty flakes, but not fun for travel.

Hey, Congrats on the move! Sorry things didn’t work out for you here. That’s a selfish sorry because it means no lunch date, but it sounds like you’re really excited about your new place, which is good! I guess you’ll just have to be a far-away bloggy friend now.
