Photos from our weekend
So that was a slightly unintended blogging break… I totally meant to blog, but just didn’t get around to it. Which I think I sort of needed, because I have actually missed my blog a bit & reading everyone else’s blogs (and I was starting to feel a bit like blogging was just too much like a chore, but don’t feel like that after this nice little unintended break). Anyways I think I am back for real and I have bunches to blog about:) I thought I would start with our weekend, since my sister came to visit us. We didn’t get to see her over Christmas, so it was good to have some time with her.

I got to practice a bit of portrait photography. My sister was sweet enough to let me take her photo a bunch :)

At first you two don’t seem to look alike because she’s dark haired and you’re light. But you do both have similarly shaped faces. Hope you’re having a wonderful new year!
If you ignore the obvious hair color difference, you two do look like alike. It’s the nose methinks.

i think these are some of your best photos yet. i mean, that you’ve shown us. i LOVE the dog one. and the one of your sister. and the one of both of you. the best.
i’m horrible at this stuff. at first i thought no way, they don’t look alike at all. then i thought some resemblence. now, i think not really. how’s that for decisive?
I do see some resemblence…although I don’t know if I would have guessed you were sisters right away. It’s interesting - my sister and I don’t look much alike at all - I’m tall and have curly brown hair and darker eyes, whereas she is more average height and has straight blond hair and lighter eyes. But we have certain facial expressions that are identical and very similar mannerisms. We also have the same voice so the minute we begin talking, people know we’re related :)

Lovely photos of what sounds like a lovely weekend. I don’t think you and your sister really look a lot alike. Does one of you look like your dad and one like your mom? that’s definitely what happened with my brother and I.
I think that you both look similar, hair color aside. and I am with everyone else, you two are adorable. the dog photo is sweet, too.
