inbox too full, create a new email
So is it cheating to create a new email so that you can ignore the built up mess in your old inbox? :) Okay, so I did make a new email address although it wasn’t really for that reason (I actually did go through and clean up my old inbox). If you want to email me though, my new email address is chara (at) charamichele (dot) com. Just make sure you spell michele with only one “l” :) My old email is still going to work, but I am trying to get away from using that account. So make sure to add my new email address to your address books.
If you have been reading my blog for awhile, you probably know that I dislike the cold & tend to bundle up in layers for winter. I bought some arm warmers this year at Target and really liked them so I thought I would have a go at making my own. My first version did not turn out, the sweater I used was just too thick to finish off the raw edges… So I decided to try making another pair using the sleeves of an old turtleneck that I had. There is still room for improvement, but these are such an easy quick project!
Have you ever tried taking a picture of your arm + hand while holding a heavy camera? Not so easy… Oh and the band-aid is from cutting my finger with the rotary cutter…
Karyn reminded me about Project 365, which I had meant to start at the beginning of the year & totally forgot about. So I think I am going to try & start it tomorrow. Basically I will take at least 1 photo a day for a whole entire year. For now I think I am going to create a Flickr set (yay, I got a pro flickr account at the end of December so I can have more than 3 sets finally:), but I may post photos occasionally on my blog from the project too.

Lovely! I hope these help you feel warm. It’s SNOWING big flakes out here right now.
Oh I like your arm warmers; I need something like that be/c my wrists always get cold while I’m working! Will you put any in your shop {wink wink}. :)
Oh, how I wish I could trash my existing email addresses and start fresh! Go, you :) And, yay for Project 365! I started on the first of the month and it’s been fun. I can’t say I’m in the “swing” of things yet, but I’m getting there. So, welcome and looking forward to your daily images :)
your arm warmers look great!
the 365 project sounds fun.
What a great idea using the sleeves for arm warmers!
And good luck with Project 365, I’ve been kind of a slacker (but I plan to change that soon!)
